Air Force Village Inc. has approved a $145.2 million building campaign that is designed to meet the demands of the growing ranks of the military retirees the organization serves.
The building plan calls for adding several hundred new residences, two state-of-the-art health care facilities, a town center and roughly 100,000 square feet 'of restaurant/ retail development to two local retirement communities on the city's West Side. Design work on the master plan is presently under way, according to Xan Smith.
