Just Look What's Coming To AFV ...

Air Force Village is investing $145 million in upgrades, new facilities, modern residences and exciting projects that are transforming our campuses. Envision retirement that offers these luxurious choices:

Hill Residences - At Village I, Hill Residences will combine privacy with the social networking afforded by four residences on each level in three- and four-story designs. Wrap-around porches, abundant natural lighting, spacious interiors of 850 to 1600 square feet, expansive views, modern appointments and the convenience of interior garage parking. Every unit has a corner window, enhancing the light, view and sense of privacy. The 12-unit residences are staggered on the hilly site, creating an attractive architectural ambience that flows from the extraordinary interiors to the unique exteriors. Construction is scheduled to begin in summer, 2009.

Ranch Homes - Village II is developing modern ranch homes for residents who prefer the independence of stand-alone homes with backyards, spacious interiors of 1600 to 2200 square feet, individualized floor plans and a neighborhood sensibility. The ranch homes will be built in a friendly village atmosphere with sidewalks, old-fashioned front porches and beautiful landscapes ... and will feature the luxurious appointments and comfort residents expect from a fine new home. Construction is scheduled to begin in summer, 2009.

Friendly Bistros & Cafés - Village I and II will create Town Centers that afford multiple dining choices for all residents.
