Air Force Village I is located on 30 acres and has 366 independent living apartments, a Wellness Clinic, home health care services, assisted living facility, and a Health Care Center with 104 licensed skilled nursing facility beds. Village I is accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CCAC). Village I includes a broad range of programs to promote and support the social, recreational, cultural and spiritual interests of all residents.

Each residence has been designed for personal comfort, safety and efficient use of space and has a private balcony or patio. Regular improvements keep Air Force Village I modern and up to date. Each year, many tower apartments and garden apartments are completely renovated to include beautiful new kitchens and bathrooms and other convenient features.
