At the same time, Liberty House-along with Freedom House, and both 24-hour Health Care Centers-earned the "zero clinical deficiencies" assessment from the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services. Air Force Village pioneered the concept of neighborhood living in health care, and Liberty House is a prime example.
