Resident Profile Meet Lyn Henderson: Biker, Skier, Busy Retiree In 2006, Lyn Henderson found herself lamenting to her son that she was lonely. She missed her husband, Warren, a retired AF colonel who died in 2002. Her son suggested she think about moving into an assisted living residence, and she was appalled. "I wasn't ready for that yet," she says. So she resumed her busy life — loving
the freedom and thrill of the ski slopes and enjoying her part-time job as a field deputy medical investigator in Clovis, NM. (Read More)
