Meet Xan Smith, C.F.O.
As Air Force Village's Chief Financial Officer since 2006, Xan Smith is both proud of the organization he represents and dedicated to the residents he interacts with every day. When asked what he considers the highpoint of his job, he replies:
Our residents. The experiences they've had defending their country and the world - in World War II, Korea, Vietnam - is truly exceptional. Their personal histories make up of some of our
nation's greatest stories. And not only those who fought, but their spouses, too - keeping households, towns, cities and our country going, while their loved ones fought for our country. Their camaraderie is unique to Air Force Village. It creates a real sense of pride in our community and a true feeling of extended family.
