Air Force Village I has Opened its Doors to All Honorably Separated Officers!

After years of requests from former officers and their widows, eligibility to live in Village I has been expanded to include honorably separated officers of ALL uniformed services and their spouses, widow(er)s, and elderly dependents, age 62 and better.

90% Refund Estate Preservation Program Available at Village I

Now is the ideal time to come live at Village I because a 90% Refund Estate Preservation program is now available which will return nearly all the Entrance Fee to you or your estate!

This option is open to any new resident, age 84 and under. Our traditional programs are also available, with no maximum age restrictions.
