Air Force Villages provide retired and honorably separated officers of ALL uniformed Services, their spouses, widows, widowers, and elderly dependents with very comfortable, fun, and cost effective living options. The term "officer" includes Regular, Reserve, Warrant, and National Guard officers. It also includes retired commissioned officers of the U.S. Public Health Service and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
The Villages are very popular and maintain a high level of occupancy because of the extraordinary lifestyle and care available. Therefore, we encourage those interested in living at one of the Villages to sign up early for the Priority List and the Waiting List.

Get your priority holder number now!
The purpose of the Priority List is to identify individuals who have an earnest interest in future Village residency. To become a Priority Holder, you simply submit a preliminary application along with a fully refundable deposit fee.
The Priority List deposit earns interest which is paid to you after you move in.The Priority Number issued to you is based upon the date of your application. The sooner you apply, the lower your number. This becomes extremely important when you decide to take the next step and put your name on the Waiting List for residency.
A six month to two year wait is typical.
The Waiting List is a roster of people who have indicated their desire to reside at one of the Villages in the near future (6 months to 4 years). We use the Waiting List to call people when there is a vacancy. The earlier you go on the Waiting List, the higher your standing will be and the better your chances are of being able to move into the Villages at the time of your choosing.
Once we have reached you on the Waiting List, you may decline offers without changing your position on the list.
The Waiting List deposit earns interest which is paid to you after move in.
You must be on the Priority List before you are eligible for the Waiting List.
